How much pizza per person?

The catering standard is 3.5 slices per adult when pizza is the main course. A 12-inch Neapolitan pizza cut into 6 slices feeds just under two people — so a good rule of thumb is about 3 pizzas for every 5 guests. Hungrier crowds (game days, late-night wedding snacks) run closer to 4 slices per person; if you're serving salads, starters, or pasta alongside, 2–3 slices per guest is plenty.

How many pizzas for 100 guests?

About 59 pizzas. That's 100 guests × 3.5 slices = 350 slices, divided by 6 slices per pizza, rounded up. For 50 guests you'll want 30 pizzas; for 150 guests, 88. At that volume a live pizza station makes more sense than stacked delivery boxes — pizzas come out of the oven continuously, every guest eats it fresh, and you don't need warming trays.

Why order from a real pizzeria?

Stanzione has been making Neapolitan pizza in Miami since 2013 — named one of the Top 50 Pizzas in the USA and Best Pizza in Miami by Miami New Times, with a 4.6-star rating across 840+ Google reviews. Unlike mobile-only caterers, we run two permanent restaurants — at The Citadel in Little River and inside Brightline's MiamiCentral downtown — so the same 72-hour fermented dough served in our dining rooms comes to your event.
