How much notice do you need for a corporate event?
For events under 100 guests, 2–3 weeks is usually enough. For larger events or peak season (October–December), 4–6 weeks is safer. Same-week bookings sometimes possible for Downtown, Brickell, Edgewater, and Design District.
Can you handle 300+ guests at a holiday party?
Yes. For large events we deploy a second oven or staggered service. We'll recommend the right configuration during the quote.
Do you handle invoicing through our procurement team?
Yes. Net 30 is standard for corporate clients. We provide W-9, approved-vendor paperwork, and work with your AP team.
Do you cater regularly — like monthly or quarterly?
