How far in advance should we book for a Miami wedding?
4–6 months is ideal for weekend weddings during peak season (October–May). Off-peak or weekday weddings, 6–8 weeks is usually enough.
Can you handle a 200-guest wedding?
Yes. For events over 100 guests, we discuss either a second oven or staggered service. Our largest weddings have been in the 300+ range.
Do you do multiple wedding moments in one booking — cocktail AND late-night?
Yes, frequently. Cocktail hour + late-night pizza drop is one of our most popular wedding configurations.
Is pizza formal enough for a wedding?
