What Live Pizza Catering Looks Like at Your Event

1. Arrival (90 min before)

Our team arrives with the wood-fired oven, workstation, prep supplies, and all ingredients. We set up in the space you've designated — 6'×8' flat surface is all we need.

2. The Fire

The oven reaches 900°F. This is a show in itself — guests love watching the flame build. We'll have it ready exactly when you need it.

3. Live Pizza Making

Our pizzaiolo hand-stretches each dough to order, tops it in front of the guests, and slides it into the oven. Each pizza bakes in 90 seconds. Pizzas come out continuously throughout service.

The Logistics

Space requirements

6'×8' flat surface for the oven and prep station. Clearance of at least 3 feet around the oven. Indoor events require a ventilated space or open doors.

Travel and setup time

Setup takes 45–60 minutes. Break-down takes 30–45 minutes. We plan to arrive 90 minutes before your service start time.

Service capacity

A single oven serves approximately 60 pizzas per hour. For events over 100 guests, we may recommend a second oven or staggered service.

How many pizzas does each guest eat?

Typical consumption is 2–3 slices per guest for a main-meal event. Our Signature package's 3-pizza selection and per-person pricing accounts for this.

Can we have the pizza station at an indoor venue?

Yes, as long as the space is ventilated. Covered outdoor spaces, patios, rooftops, and open tent setups all work well.

Do you handle rooftop venues?

Yes, with coordination. Most Miami rooftop venues require advance notice to building management about the wood-fired equipment. We'll coordinate directly with the venue once the booking is confirmed.

What happens if it rains?

The oven operates under most light weather conditions. For heavy rain or severe weather, we require a covered area at least 10'×10'.

Can I combine live pizza with other catering?

Absolutely. Many clients pair our wood-fired station with their venue's main catering, a separate bar service, or other food stations.
