Setup in high-rise buildings
Our team coordinates with your building's security and valet in advance. We typically arrive 2 hours before service to allow for elevator transport and setup. Service elevators are usually required for our oven — we'll handle the booking with building management once your event is confirmed.
Rooftop ventilation
Open-air rooftops are ideal for our wood-fired setup. Covered rooftops (roof structures, pergolas) work well provided there's adequate airflow. Fully enclosed rooftop lounges require advance review to confirm ventilation adequacy.

We work with building loading zones and valet. Most Brickell buildings have designated delivery access — we'll coordinate with your venue contact in advance.
