October through December is peak season for us, and December weekends go first. Pick the format that fits the room: a pizzaiolo cooking Neapolitan pizza to order in front of your guests, Carrello serving Italian charcuterie through the cocktail hour, or both. For a holiday lunch at the office, we drop off from our Downtown kitchen at Brightline.

Book December Early
For a party under 100 guests, two to three weeks' notice is usually enough. December Fridays and Saturdays fill first, so for those dates, or anything over 100 guests, give us four to six weeks.
Bigger than 300? We bring a second oven or stagger service so the line keeps moving.

How much does holiday party catering cost?
Live pizza packages start at $19 a guest and the charcuterie cart is $38 a guest with everything included. Send your date and headcount and we'll quote within 24 hours.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks for most parties under 100 guests. For December weekends or bigger groups, four to six weeks.
Can we add charcuterie to the pizza station?
Yes. Carrello runs the cocktail hour for +$16 a guest when you add it to a live pizza package, 30 guests and up.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes. Net 30 is standard for corporate clients, and we provide a W-9 and approved-vendor paperwork.

Miami and South Florida: Downtown, Brickell, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, the Design District, Edgewater and beyond. Tell us the venue and we'll confirm.
